YOKO-XG is a automatic pick-to-torque capping machine system featuring a precision mechanical swing arm for handling plastic and metal screw caps.
YOKO-1XG adopts mechanical swing arm technology to deliver precise, stable cap placement and tightening. The GMP bottle capper ensures secure, scratch-free seals for both plastic and metal caps. With a production capacity of up to 1,800 bottles per hour, best used in pharmaceutical, food, supplementary and more packaging lines.

Working Principle of YOKO-1XG Swing Arm Capper
- Infeed & Detection: Bottles are sent via conveyor to the capping zone, where sensors ensure precise positioning.
- Precise Cap Pickup: A synchronized mechanical swing arm retrieves caps from the supply system.
- Dynamic Sealing: The arm places and tightens each cap with a controlled rotating motion for a secure seal.
