YOKO-16SJ is a 16-lane vision counting machine for tablets, hard capsules, softgels, and compatible discrete products. Its catalogue reference is 4,200 bottles per hour with an adjustable count from 8 to 9,999 units per bottle. Product geometry, translucency, overlap, dust, bounce, feed stability, bottle handling, inspection logic, and the required counting challenge must be evaluated with actual samples before the sustained line rate is confirmed.
YOKO-LGF-Z is an automatic filling and closing machine for aluminium tubes, with a reference output of 1,800 tubes per hour. The published format window covers tube diameters of 10–50 mm and lengths of 20–250 mm, subject to confirmed change parts. A project review should connect product viscosity and temperature, fill dose, tube dimensions, internal coating, end-fold pattern, coding, cleaning, air supply, and carton interface.
YOKO-DJJL-C is an automated vision-inspection family for filled ampoules. Two reference configurations cover 1–20 mL ampoules at up to 400 pieces per minute for 1–2 mL formats, or a 5 mL format at 300–400 pieces per minute. The source table references visible particles at or above 40 μm together with fibres, glass, hair, cracks, and leakage, but detection performance must be established with an approved defect set and protocol.
YOKO-XGS-S is a liquid filling and stoppering family with two source-table configurations. The listed references are 20 bottles per minute with two filling heads and 35–40 bottles per minute with four heads; the table identifies 50 mL for one model and 50–500 mL for the other. Because the source uses both vial and bottle terminology, the actual container drawing, closure, process, and hygienic requirement must be confirmed before selection.
YOKO-LP-I is a rotary bottle-unscrambler family for empty PET or compatible plastic bottles. Three reference models list outputs of 6,000, 15,000, and 24,000 bottles per hour, with a common bottle reference of 50–95 mm diameter and 165–310 mm height. Actual suitability depends on bottle geometry, neck and shoulder design, material stiffness, static, bulk loading, air conveying, changeover scope, and the receiving line speed.
The YOKO-FGS-Z antibiotic vial powder filling and stoppering machine is intended for antibiotic vial filling and sterile powder filling. Selection is reviewed against sterile powders and compatible liquids, target output, utilities, and line interfaces. Final configuration is defined in the quotation and technical agreement.
