Bottle Unscrambler
YOKO BIOPHARM bottle unscramblers are the key equipment for automating the front end of packaging production lines. They are specifically designed for the efficient sorting, orientation, and orderly output of empty bottles, accurately handling irregularly shaped bottles of various materials (such as PET, HDPE, and glass), effectively addressing challenges such as irregular bottle shapes and bottles prone to jamming.
Our bottle unscramblers offer capacities ranging from 10 to 400 bottles per minute and can be customized to your bottle changeover frequency, production line layout, and other objectives, making them ideal for achieving continuous, intelligent packaging production lines.

Automatic sorting machines for plastic and glass bottles, range from regular to high speed types, able to connect with other devices.
The vial ordering machine is suitable for unscrambling PET bottles, arranging them in order, and then discharging them by a vacuum conveyor.
FEATURES
- PLC control, full-automatic system
- The torque limit component of this antibiotic liquid injectable equipment is designed for the main motor reducer in order to protect the bottle unscrambler machine if malfunctions occur
- Two put-casts in one cycle ensure that every work location should working with one bottle, which enhances bottle output efficiency
- The bottles are neck locked through the air conveyor to avoid overturn in delivery
- Dilapidated bottles will be removed by a special device
- A lock detector is equipped with alarming; When locked, the machine will automatically stop
- A photoelectric switch is set for starting when there is bottles and stopping when there are no bottles
- An oil pump will readily fill up the gears, bearings, and the cams
- Maintenance doors and mould replacement doors are provided
- Machine outer tank, revolving tank and bottle receiver component are all Stainless steel AISI304
