YOKO-P-F series automatic blister packaging machine is designed to use ALU and PVC materials, complete blistering for pills, tablets, capsules, solid foods or consumer parts, preventing products from dust and moisture to extend the shelf life. The blister packing machine is able to work continuously up to 9,600 blister packages per hour.

  • Transmission system innovation: the main transmission shaft structure isdriven by a chain, which reduces the error by more than 60% compared withtraditional gear transmission

How Does YOKO-P-F Automatic Blister Packaging Machine Work?
  • Step 1 –Forming (up & down heating): The double-sided heating system is used to precisely control the temperature of the PVC materialto fully form the blister shape
  • Step 2 – Product Feeding: Accurately fl the productinto the formed blister cavity, automatically detect missing particles and remove unqualifed objects
  • Step 3 – Heating Sealing (up heating): This is the step for laminating the aluminum foil cover with the formed blister under heating and pressure
  • Step 4 – Embossing: The purpose of this step is to press product information and anti-counterfeiting logo on the aluminum foil surface
  • Step 5 –Impression: Adopt modern printing technology, high-resolution UV inkjet coding
  • Step 6 –Cutter: Servo-driven rotary die-cutting device for precision cutting of blisters
  • Step 7 – Finished Product Output: Automatically transported to the station,can be connected to cartoning machine or other packaging equipment
