  • Food grade materials: The parts of the food freeze dehydrator that come into contact with food are made of 304L stainless steel, which highly meets food grade standards and corrosion resistant. Designed with non-absorbent sealing material to prevent grease or odor retention.
  • Easy-to-clean structure: The design highlights are smooth inner walls without dead corners, and no parts at the bottom of the box, which is easy to clean and can effectively avoid the accumulation of food residues.
  • Freeze drying process: The shelves maintain precise temperature control within ±2℃ to accommodate various food processing requirements. Multiple adjustable vacuum settings optimize freeze drying performance for different food types, while the high-efficiency cold trap ensures rapid frost formation.
  • Central control system: The system complies with FDA and EU standards, featuring electronic signatures and multi-level password protection. Operations can be performed either in the machine room or freeze-drying control room, with interlocking functionality between both locations. The ‘Process Formula Management’ enables flexible configuration of freeze-drying process curves.
  • Flexible operation: The system is flexible to operate, and the freeze drying method can be set to manual or automatic operation, which are refer to automatic + PLC program + full manual emergency operation, to adapt to the adjustment of food processing.
  • Material handling: The material handling system utilizes overhead rail transport for high-speed conveyance. Each drying chamber and quick-freezing chamber is equipped with dedicated material carts and trays, enabling continuous operation and enhanced production capacity.
  • Energy-saving design: Adopt “Bitzer” screw unit, with three-speed (50%, 75% or 100%) automatic adjustment function, best saving the energy.
