Perspectives Principle of YOKO-YPJ-B Tablet Vision Inspection Machine
This inspecting system employs a multi-view imaging architecture, equipped with two 3D cameras and ten 2D color cameras, covering the entire surface and sides of the tablets for blind-spot-free detection. Through eight 2D perspectives and fused 2D+3D top and bottom views, it enables comprehensive automated inspection of key quality indicators such as tablet appearance, shape, size, and color.
