YOKO-LP-I
YOKO-LP-I is a rotary bottle-unscrambler family for empty PET or compatible plastic bottles. Three reference models list outputs of 6,000, 15,000, and 24,000 bottles per hour, with a common bottle reference of 50–95 mm diameter and 165–310 mm height. Actual suitability depends on bottle geometry, neck and shoulder design, material stiffness, static, bulk loading, air conveying, changeover scope, and the receiving line speed.
Equipment purpose
The equipment converts randomly loaded empty bottles into a single, correctly oriented stream and transfers them to an air conveyor or downstream packaging line. It is intended to reduce manual bottle handling while maintaining a controlled feed to filling, counting, or other container-processing equipment.
Operating sequence
Bulk bottles enter a rotating sorting area where pockets, guides, and orientation mechanisms separate and position each container. Incorrect or damaged bottles are returned or removed through the configured path, while accepted bottles are transferred by the neck or body to the discharge conveyor. Stable operation depends on bottle geometry, stiffness, surface friction, static, bulk depth, air pressure, guide setup, and downstream demand.

Selection questions
No. Send drawings and physical samples showing neck ring, opening, shoulder, wall stiffness, base, surface finish, centre of gravity, and dimensional tolerances. Lightweight or asymmetrical bottles can behave differently even when their nominal diameter and height fall inside the published range.
The unscrambler should supply the sustained downstream demand with a planned speed margin and accumulation, not simply run at maximum output. Consider hopper refill, bottle jams, changeovers, downstream stops, air-conveyor capacity, and control signals. Repeated cycling can be more disruptive than running at a stable moderated rate.
This model is presented primarily for PET or compatible plastic bottles. Glass has different weight, breakage, friction, and handling risks and should not be assumed compatible. If glass containers are planned, the project needs a separate handling assessment and may require different equipment.
Use production-intent bottles from representative lots and test bulk loading, orientation, damaged or deformed containers, blockage recovery, minimum and maximum speeds, start-stop operation, discharge to the actual conveyor, changeover, and bottle damage. Record the bottle supplier and environmental conditions, especially where static is significant.
Confirm clean compressed-air or blower requirements, pressure and flow, filtration, noise control, conveyor height, support structure, bottle-neck geometry, line length, bends, access, and downstream controls. Air demand in the catalogue must be matched to the final conveyor and bottle format.
