The machine erects flat cartons, presents the product and any leaflet or insert, loads the required components, closes the flaps by tuck or configured adhesive method, and discharges the completed carton. It is intended for bottles, blister cards, tubes, sachets, trays, and other compatible products after a format and feeding review.

Operating sequence

Working principle

Carton blanks are picked from a magazine, opened, and held in an indexed horizontal transport. Product and leaflet feeds synchronize with each carton, and verification controls can prevent loading or closure when required components are absent. After insertion, flaps are folded and tucked or glued, coding and inspection occur where specified, and nonconforming cartons are rejected before discharge.
