Working principle

Conditioned process air enters below the product container and suspends the material in a fluidized state. For granulation or coating, a nozzle introduces binder or coating liquid while airflow removes moisture and controls particle movement. Product loading, air velocity, filter resistance, spray rate, droplet size, inlet conditions, exhaust humidity, and endpoint measurement must be balanced to prevent channeling, filter blinding, overwetting, attrition, or uncontrolled agglomeration.
