The YOKO-HGX eye drop filling and capping machine is intended for ophthalmic solutions and small-volume liquids. Selection is reviewed against low-viscosity ophthalmic liquids and compatible sterile solutions after process validation, target output, utilities, and line interfaces. Final configuration is defined in the quotation and technical agreement.
YOKO-GX is a rotary liquid filling and capping family for small bottles. Two reference configurations cover 3–15 mL and 20–100 mL container ranges, with listed capacities of 7,200–8,400 and 1,200–4,800 bottles per hour respectively. Product viscosity, foaming, dose, bottle geometry, closure, cleanability, environmental requirement, and sustained line speed must be reviewed before a model is assigned.
