YOKO-GB-A is a compact tablet film-coating family with 3, 5, and 10 kg batch references. Drum-speed ranges extend to 24 rpm on the smaller configurations and 21 rpm on the 10 kg model. The series is suited to development and small-batch coating work where coating uniformity, spray conditions, inlet-air treatment, exhaust, product temperature, cleaning, and recipe transfer must be reviewed together.

Working principle

Tablets tumble in a perforated or configured coating drum while spray guns deliver the coating liquid across the moving bed. Is the maximum batch size the normal working load for YOKO-GB-A?
