Automatic Rotary Premade Pouch Packing Machine
YOKO-GD-Z is a two-configuration automatic rotary premade-pouch packing range for metered filling, sealing and discharge. YOKO-160GD-Z (Horizontal) lists bag sizes of 80–160 mm wide by 110–230 mm long and a 10–500 g range; YOKO-320GD-Z lists 200–320 mm wide by 200–500 mm long and a 100–3,000 g range. Both list 600–3,000 bags/hour as a reference. Final suitability and sustained output require review of the actual product and premade pouch.

How should the listed speed for YOKO-GD-Z be interpreted?
Both listed configurations show 600–3,000 bags/hour as a catalogue reference range. It is not a guaranteed sustained rate. Performance must be confirmed with the actual product, premade pouch, fill weight, operating conditions and agreed acceptance criteria.

Automatic Pouch Packing Machine for Powder
YOKO-FLB-L is a vertical powder-pouch packaging family with eleven reference models. Published bag widths span 25–300 mm and lengths 30–400 mm depending on model, with listed outputs from 1,200 to 7,800 bags per hour. Powder properties, dose, film laminate, seal layer, bag geometry, registration, auger selection, dust at the seal, coding, cutting, and downstream handling must be evaluated as one packaging system.
