YOKO-RTJX-D
YOKO-RTJX-D is a deposited-gummy production family with three reference outputs of 150, 300, and 600 kg per hour. The published configurations use a 45–50 stroke-per-minute reference and cover nominal candy weights of 2–12 g. Formula rheology, depositing temperature, mould geometry, cooling, demoulding, finishing, and room conditions must be reviewed together before an output is agreed.
Equipment purpose
The line is intended to prepare, hold, transfer, and deposit a controlled gummy mass into mould cavities before cooling and demoulding. It can be reviewed for conventional, multicolour, or centre-filled products when the selected pumps, manifolds, formula, and mould arrangement support the required format.
Operating sequence
Prepared syrup or gummy mass is conditioned in heated vessels and transferred through a temperature-controlled product path to the depositing head. Metering pumps deliver the programmed dose into indexed mould cavities, after which the product passes through cooling and is released by the configured demoulding system. Depositing accuracy and appearance depend on solids, viscosity, temperature, aeration, nozzle timing, mould condition, cooling profile, and the point at which acids, flavours, colours, or active ingredients are added.

The public datasheet supports initial selection. Machine videos, operating manuals, and layout files are shared privately after an inquiry and technical discussion.
This catalogue reference is not an operating manual. Final values are confirmed in the quotation and technical agreement.
Machine videos and operating manuals are not published on public product pages. Ask your YOKO contact to supply relevant files privately after the project requirement has been reviewed.

Both formula families can be reviewed, but they do not use identical process conditions. Provide the complete formula or a non-confidential process specification, solids, pH, target cooking and depositing temperatures, viscosity profile, gel point, acid-addition sequence, piece weight, and cooling target. A trial is needed to confirm transfer, dosing, setting, and release for the intended recipe.
They are catalogue references for three configurations, not guaranteed output for every formula and shape. Piece weight, cavity count, viscosity, depositing pattern, centre filling, cooling residence time, demoulding, cleaning, and downstream handling can constrain sustained production. The acceptance rate should be defined with one agreed formula, mould, and quality standard.
Provide the shell and centre formulations, their temperatures and viscosities at depositing, target shell-to-centre ratio, piece drawing, permissible migration or leakage, cooling profile, and finished-product storage conditions. Pump selection, concentric nozzle geometry, timing, and mould depth must then be demonstrated with representative materials.
The source table references a room temperature below 25 °C and relative humidity below 55%. These conditions can influence setting, surface tack, demoulding, and downstream finishing, but the correct room design depends on the formula and local climate. Confirm the actual permissible range and whether conditioned cooling or dehumidification is part of the line scope.
Agree the formula, batch size, operating temperatures, mould, target piece weight, run duration, sampling interval, weight tolerance, appearance defects, bubbles, tails, demoulding damage, centre-fill position where applicable, waste, cleaning steps, and sustained output. Record startup and steady-state results separately so short demonstrations are not mistaken for production performance.
