YOKO-LDJ-A
The YOKO-LDJ-A automatic pouch sorter machine is intended for pouch collation and downstream bagging or cartoning preparation. Selection is reviewed against sealed pharmaceutical sachets and compatible premade pouches, target output, utilities, and line interfaces. Final configuration is defined in the quotation and technical agreement.
Equipment purpose
Sorts and stacks sealed pouches into an orderly downstream flow for collection or secondary packaging.
Operating sequence
Photoelectric detection and staged servo-controlled conveyors regulate pouch spacing, orientation, and stacking at the selected line speed.
Process fit
Use these references to frame the first technical discussion. Suitability is confirmed with actual material, format, and process data.
Reference parameters
Values are model references for initial selection. The quotation and approved technical agreement define the final supplied configuration.

Before quotation
A useful quotation starts with the product, container or format, target output, available utilities, and destination requirements.
Ask for the current datasheet, layout information, and available documentation package.
Request documentsSupporting files
Availability varies by model and configuration. Request the current demonstration, datasheet, layout, or documentation package when needed.
Ask whether a current model demonstration is available.
Model-specific operating manuals and layout files are supplied after configuration review.
Selection questions
Provide the Process-specific materials or other product characteristics, target sustained output, format or container details, utilities, destination standard, available space, and required documentation. YOKO uses these inputs to review the appropriate other equipment configuration.
The final output range depends on the selected configuration. It is not a guaranteed production commitment. Sustained performance must be confirmed with the actual material, product format, operating conditions, and agreed acceptance criteria.
Destination voltage, frequency, plug or wiring standard, control language, utilities, guarding, documentation, and any project-specific compliance requirements should be stated before quotation. The final supplied scope is defined in the approved technical agreement.
Model-level review
Share the material, product format, target sustained output, available utilities, destination standard, and expected documentation scope.
