Solution
Solid Dosage Production
A structured equipment path from powder preparation through tablet or capsule production, inspection, and primary packaging.
Start with the process requirement
A solid-dosage project begins with the formulation and target dose form, not with a machine list. Material flow, batch size, moisture sensitivity, cleaning method, containment requirement, and output target determine which processing stages belong in the line.
Map the production stages
For tablet projects, the typical review covers milling or sieving, blending, granulation where required, tablet compression, dedusting, inspection, coating, and transfer to the selected packaging process. Capsule projects replace compression with capsule filling and usually add polishing and inspection before counting or blister packing.
Balance output and interfaces
The equipment should be balanced around sustained output rather than the highest nameplate speed. Change-part strategy, cleaning access, dust extraction, compressed air, electrical standards, and data interfaces should be confirmed before layout approval.
Build the equipment shortlist
YOKO organizes the catalogue by process stage so teams can compare individual machines and then review how those machines connect as a practical production path.

Automatic Capsule Filling Machine
YOKO-J-H is a model family for automatic filling of hard capsules with powder or granules. Nine reference configurations span 12,000 to 228,000 capsules per hour and support capsule sizes 00 through 4. Model selection should be based on formulation behaviour, target dose, capsule shell, sustained output, cleaning approach, and the required upstream and downstream interfaces rather than nominal speed alone.
