Solution
Counting and Bottling Lines
Connect bottle feeding, counting, insertion, capping, induction sealing, labelling, and collection into one balanced line.
Treat the line as one system
A counting and bottling line is more than a series of machines connected by conveyors. Bottle stability, tablet or capsule shape, dust level, target count, cap style, liner material, label format, and inspection points all influence sustained line performance.
Review the line sequence
A common line sequence includes bottle unscrambling, counting, desiccant or cotton insertion when needed, capping, induction foil sealing, labelling, coding, and collection. Buffering and conveyor control help prevent one machine from repeatedly stopping the rest of the line.
Prepare the selection inputs
Before selection, provide physical product samples, bottle and cap drawings, count range, target bottles per minute, available line length, utility standards, and required coding content. These inputs make model comparison and change-part planning more reliable.

16-channel Vision Counting Machine
YOKO-16SJ is a 16-lane vision counting machine for tablets, hard capsules, softgels, and compatible discrete products. Its catalogue reference is 4,200 bottles per hour with an adjustable count from 8 to 9,999 units per bottle. Product geometry, translucency, overlap, dust, bounce, feed stability, bottle handling, inspection logic, and the required counting challenge must be evaluated with actual samples before the sustained line rate is confirmed.
- Reference range
- 4200 bottles/hr
Automatic Gummy Counting Machine
The YOKO-T16SP automatic gummy counting machine is intended for gummy counting and hard-candy counting. Selection is reviewed against gummies and hard candy, target output, utilities, and line interfaces. Final configuration is defined in the quotation and technical agreement.
- Reference range
- 180,000 (3g) pcs/hr
Automatic PET Bottle Unscrambler
YOKO-LP-I is a rotary bottle-unscrambler family for empty PET or compatible plastic bottles. Three reference models list outputs of 6,000, 15,000, and 24,000 bottles per hour, with a common bottle reference of 50–95 mm diameter and 165–310 mm height. Actual suitability depends on bottle geometry, neck and shoulder design, material stiffness, static, bulk loading, air conveying, changeover scope, and the receiving line speed.
- Reference range
- Confirmed for the selected product and format
Automatic Plastic Bottle Sorting Machine
The YOKO-120LP automatic plastic bottle sorting machine is intended for pharmaceutical bottling and nutraceutical bottling. Selection is reviewed against plastic bottles and glass bottles where compatible, target output, utilities, and line interfaces. Final configuration is defined in the quotation and technical agreement.
- Reference range
- 60-200 bottles/min
